With over two decades of experience, I have dedicated my career to driving Business Excellence by leveraging Human Potential. My full time doctoral research at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B), highlights my analytical and strategic capabilities. I have a strong foundation in research and analytics, coupled with extensive experience in talent development and organizational change, which has enabled me to successfully lead HR functions in complex business environments. My expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, including talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and employee relations, has significantly contributed to organizational success.Building high-performing HR teams and fostering a culture of employee engagement and well-being has always been a priority for me. My tenure as Head of Organization Development at Sesa Goa (Vedanta PLC) and my role in implementing the TBEM (Malcolm Baldrige Excellence Model) across various Tata group companies have significantly enriched my professional journey. I am adept at navigating complex industrial relations, collaborating effectively with labour unions, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Have conducted numerous workshops on behavioural interviewing skills and have a passion for engaging with young talent on campuses.Outside of my professional life, I am an avid marathon runner, trekker, and cyclist (BRMs). My adventures have taken me across two-thirds of India on a cycle and to the Everest Base Camp, allowing me to deeply appreciate diverse geographies and cultures. In my role as CHRO, I am committed to driving strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
