- Provide effective support to the sales and business teams throughout the liaison process, ensuring successful conversion.- Respond to client requests, such as Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), and specific Statements of Work (SoW).- Conduct requirement gathering, perform gap analysis, and create business process diagrams, process flow diagrams, functional design processes, and solution architectures.- Conduct market research analysis and deliver recommendations and reports for digital initiatives and solutions.- Collaborate with delivery managers and develop marketing collaterals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, testers, and domain/functional experts, to create solutions, mock-ups, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and demos.- Measuring and reporting KPIs of my team and takeaways of each opportunities to improve stakeholder satisfaction and team performance.
