 Troubleshooting faults of Wartsila HFO/Diesel engine (W20V32GD) control system (UNIC-C1)- Main control module, WOODWARD 723 controller , ESM-20, PDM-10, Cylinder Control module, Lube oil module etc with related software and program. Troubleshooting faults and calibrating of different kind of automation system instruments, switches and transducers of measuring and switching parameters are Voltage, Frequencies, Current, Wattage, KVAR, Phase sequence, Speed ( inductive proximity and magnetic peak up type), Level sensors( Ultrasonic and pressure element type), Level switch ( conductive, capacitive fork type) Temperature (PT-100 and thermocouples) Pressure transmitter, Vibration sensor, Valves (solenoid and electro pneumatic), actuator (IP Converter, electro pneumatic and servo motor) etc with related calibration tools, hardware and software. Troubleshooting faults of PLC system (Schneider electric- modicon), CPU, Interfacing, Analogue and Digital input-output monitoring cards. Troubleshooting and fault finding (unscheduled break down) of Diesel Engine based generator of 8.9MW and AVR, SF6 Circuit breakers (132KV & 11KV), Generator Protection relays (VAMP-210), Differential Protection relays (VAMP-265), Power monitoring Unit ( VAMP-260), Current Transformer, Potential Transformer, DC System, relays, Magnetic Contacts, Ground Neutral Resistor, RC absorber etc with relevant testing tools and software. Troubleshooting faults, provide training and executing maintenance jobs of auxiliaries are Start air compressor unit, Instrument air compressor and dryer unit, HFO & LO Separators, Fuel booster and feeder unit, Water treatment unit, Fuel Pump motor, Pre-lube pump motor, Pre heat pump motor, Charge air motor, Fire pump , Water Cooling Radiator motor and frequency converter (vacon). Provide training, Advising, Monitoring and executing Power plant electrical maintenance activities & Plant Operation activities.

Electrical Maintenance

 Design and construction Supervision of 33 KV, 11 KV 6.35 KV and 400 volt Line. AutoCAD Design & Installation supervision of Lighting System. Preparation of Single line Diagram, Testing and commissioning of H.V/L.V Sub-Station. Calculate of Monthly system data, power factor study, Voltage drop, Short circuit and loss study. Design of 33/11 KV & 11/.440 KV substation and internal electrification works
