• Manage all plant related statutory compliances, including labour and environment. Maintenance of statutory records as per State/Central Act, PF, and ESIC act etc. Having knowledge of labour laws & renewal of labour license, Prepare proposals by identifying scope of work and man–month estimation.• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of documentation and data required for these compliances.• Submit the required documents and data to the relevant labour and environment agencies / authorities. • Minimize costs due to penalties, challans and prosecution related to compliances. • Ensure quality of facilities provided to the workers• Responsible for site management, planning , control, monitoring & co-ordination of • Evaluating project cost / benefits analysis at project decision points.• Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering department. .• Co-ordination with customer for approvals, inspection, invoicing, collection & attend review meetings. • Conduct engagement activities and events for workers such as celebration of festivals.• Maintaining all administrative job , wages register, muster roll, DLR(Daily Labour Report), Statutory compliance, Billing, Client handling, sub-contractor handling, having knowledge to operate ERPPrepare reports detailing compliances & legal related updates for the plant and share the same with the HR Head for review.• Maintaining all Account related job like preparing MIS Report, Preparing cash voucher after that entry into ERP, Cost estimation, preparing cash flow system of every month.• Canteen audit and implementation of Vehicle Arrangement and Maintenance.• Monitor utilization of site vehicles including checking vehicle log books and renewal for their entry permits

• Handling all matters related to recruitment for On Roll & FTC’s for the Industrial Site (sourcing, screening, interviewing) of candidates.• Maintain Database of all associates.• Induction to all staff on HRMS, HR policy • Attrition Rate calculation and devise methods for Retention of FTC associates.• Exit Interview for all On-roll and FTC associates deployed at the Site• Attendance monitoring for all On Roll , FTC and Labor at the Industrial Site
