Customer Payment follow-upTo handle office file up daily basis Maintenance of Sales Tax register in weekly basis Submit ion S.T. Return Qtr./ Professional tax Return annually Collection waybill and C’ form from sales tax office. Stock inventory maintenance. Supervision in unloading container(Import material) Preparation of Delivery Challan/Tax invoice. Transportation activity (materials delivery of various transports in regular basis)

Scrap sales section(SD Module) –To create Excise Tax invoice Sale order and reconcile customer ledger. To maintain all kind of sales data in Excel sheet. Purchase section(MM Module)- Creation of Purchase journal voucher, preparation of payment advise, Creation of prepayment voucher, Create RFQ with Purchase Order, Vendor adjustment, Service Entry sheet, Requisition reservation and Raw materials Coke GRN Invoice, Payment pass and also daily maintenances of coke statement in Excel sheet
