In-charge of quality control management department; Setting up quality parameters of the wires (ACSR, LRPC, Electrodes, Fencing wire) as per ASTM, JIS and AWS standards; Executing tensile, ductility, impact, hardness, coating, wrap, torsion, relaxation, metallography, chemical composition (OES), corrosion, chemical titration etc. tests of the wires as per standards and making reports; Implemented ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2018, 14001:2015 in the lab; Rejecting defective products and ensuring good quality products going to the market; Remotely installed commissioned testing equipment;

Head of QC department; Execute different types of NDT (RT, UT, DFT, Surface Roughness) and DT (Tensile, Bend, Macro, Burst, Hardness) tests; Make reports on daily qc inspection, incoming material and submit to the higher authority; Ensure zero defect in every material throughout the process; Root cause analysis and quality improvement ideas; Follow standards in accordance with DOT and ISO standard for cylinder production; Test equipment calibration and maintenance plan; Prepare and Implement SOP for every process; Customer complains review and take action to minimize the complains.

Plan and organize production schedules to achieve monthly target; Develop SOP and AM checklist, quality standards etc.; Determine the resources required (manpower, materials, machines etc.); Monitor and ensure that product meets quality standards in every section; Inspect production process and implement improvements (KAIZEN); Monitor and reduce wastage amount in the process; Participate in different R&D projects; Draw machine parts and layouts etc. (2D, 3D) by using SOILWORKS and AUTOCAD; Make production reports and submit report to the upper management; 5S System build up.
