Genpact Enterprise ML Platform. Genpact is an AI/ML obsessed company with most of its Products/Solutions leveraging AI/ML to a great extent. However, the AIDLC was scattered with various frameworks and be-spoke deployments with minimal re-use options thus causing model deployment cycle / productionization to take anywhere between 3 weeks to 3 months with huge development & DevOps costs. With a discoverable model-as-service concept, with Genpact Machine Learning Platform which was developed from scratch, we reduced this huge cycle to 30 minutes (enabling scalability, security, reliability…) and enabled model re-use across cloud vendors, namely, Azure and AWS using Kubernetes as the deployment choice for each of them. Successfully running 100s of models with Sync & Async inference mode. • Establishment of Microservices based Technology Architecture with multiple SSO enabled applications – ML Portal for various personas & workflows in AIDLC, a Tracking Server Portal for training run metrics, an API gateway where ML models can be invoked as an API & used as a testbed, and an intelligent dockerisation-as-a-service which converted a model artifact into OpenAPI spec-based API endpoint. Cognitive Claims Assistant CCA is a Computer-Vision-based Product to help Insurance Carriers reduce false positives and false negatives in Insurance Claims transactions and accurately detect Six Types of damages in vehicles using Computer Vision & determine Total Loss vs Repairable. • Concept-to-Product in a fast-paced environment. • Introduced Human in the loop workflows in the Product for correcting inaccurate predictions using an open-source image annotation tool and utilized human corrections as feedback for model accuracy improvement • Worked with Microsoft ML Solution Architects & Experts to improve model accuracy & prediction speed. • Instilled Startup spirit & Sense of urgency in the team. Architect for Credit Finance Edge - A Credit Servicing Platform• Establishment of Product Technology Roadmap including efforts towards re-engineering of an acquired application into a customizable Product. Architected and lead a team to successfully deliver two MVP level Products around EdgeVerve owned Advanced ML Platform (Skytree) & Big Data platform(NIA). The solution primarily revolves around building prediction & data pipelines (stream processing & wired batch jobs) with a strong focus on building re-usable pipeline components, as well as building elastic real-time pipelines using Kafka-backed data micro-services.
