Project cost: 207 Cr. estimated, consisting 2B+G+8 floors of 2 Lacs sq.ft. Area. Special feature of the project is double basement and the depth of the raft is -8.5 m from the GL and surrounded by other properties.2. RP-SG Residential project: Two towers G+11 each. Project cost: 42 Cr. estimated, consisting 1.68 Lacs sq.ft area.
