Ensuredsuccessful project completion in 3 months without any impact to scheduled flight operations..Construction of Remote Apron & Taxiways (USD 58 Million) Constructed by Hazama AndoCorporation, Japan. The Contractor was unable to perform the aerodrome markings due to thetravel restrictions imposed with emerging Covid-19 pandemic, though it is a mandatoryrequirement for safe maneuvering of aircrafts. Hence, I was given the responsibility to plan andexecute as a local sub-contract project. I supervised, led and managed the aerodrome markingproject team to accomplish the task. This project has contributed to the revenue generation ofAASL as well as the technology and knowledge acquisition from Japan.

- Engineering lead of high-rise AVIC Astoria residential development project (USD 167 Million).- Responsible for overall supervision of substructure pile foundation and superstructure as projectconsultant- Monitored project progress and created crash programs to catch up delays- Prefabrication to overcome labourer idling- Ensured the work complies with the approved shop drawings, specifications, condition of the contract and instructions issued by the Engineer. - Prepared concrete pour reports for each major structural element- Reviewing the construction drawings, BOQs, specifications and issued site instructions, supplementary drawings as required well in advance to avoid delays to the construction activities through web-based document management system ACONEX.- Resolved contractual issues arising time to time.- Conducted progress review meetings & report to Engineer- Coordinated with the other Engineers in the project for overall project progress monitoring and updating in MS project- Maintained records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work. - Evaluates contractor’s construction methodology, method statements and work proposals to ensure satisfactory execution, safety of work and workman- Organized HSE meetings and conducted inspections to observe any compliance issues
