Once the Top 12 finalists were identified in each city (Atlanta, D.C., Dallas, Chicago), MBIB community members and friends voted online for the final six MBIB Ambassadors.Unfortunately, I was not one of the Grand Prize Winners, but to be considered among such an elite group of women was and still is a humbling honor that will be remembered for the rest of my life. My position in this competition proves that you never know what happens if you don't try!
