I am working with Social Audit Unit, Jharkhand in the capacity of State Resource Person under MGNREGA Wing, Government of Jhrkhand. I was responsible to built the capacity of Social Audit team and streamline the documentation process of social auditing of the government schemes. During my tenure with SAU, Jharkhand i have developed Annual Report Social Audit, MGNREGA Schemes. I have also facilitated Social Audit and its Hearing at GP, Block, District and State level. My further engagement with different government schemes was as follows:-  Developed the Social Audit format for evaluation of fourteen finance Commission Grant. Developed the Social Audit report of fifty panchayats in Jharkhand which is submitted to Department of Panchayti Raj, Govt of Jharkhand.  Prepared the Social Audit report of seven district of 50 ODF Panchayat under the SBM in Ranchi, Bokaro, Lohardaga, Simdega, Ramgarh, Giridih and Koderma. Developed the portal of data entry of Social Audit for SBM and14th finance Commission grant.
