With over 17 years of experience in the software industry, I have a passion for creating and scaling innovative solutions that address customer needs and deliver value.Prior to MSCI, As the Vice President of Products at Exxat, I led the product management for a portfolio of products and services that serve the healthcare and education sectors. I successfully scaled our flagship B2B product, Exxat PRISM, from 19 to 500+ customers by building features for key growth drivers: nursing domain and university-level enterprise users, and scalable solution to upgrade them from our legacy product. I also defined the long-term vision, product positioning, and scope for a 0-1 product for healthcare provider institutions and professionals, and guided the product and design teams on the UX of the product. The closed beta for this product was launched in September 2023.Prior to Exxat, I established and led two multi-discplinary organizations at Amazon, one for Alexa Skills (200+) and other for Amazon Appstore (50+). I managed the end-to-end lifecycle of hundreds of thousands of apps and skills, scaled skills catalog from 10 to 140K, launched new Echo, Fire TV, Fire Tablet devices, led new country and language launches, and improved the operational efficiency and quality of the processes through internal products. I have a strong track record of collaborating with engineering, business, marketing and legal teams, and applying data-driven and customer-centric approaches to product development and strategy.
