As a Platoon Leader of a 42 man Rifle Platoon in a Stryker Infantry Battalion, I was chiefly responsible for the provisions of services including training and tactical employment of the platoon. I independently used Microsoft Suite to develop clear, accurate, and simplified reports for daily, weekly, and monthly cross-company reviews. Also, I delivered empowering leadership, conduct, welfare, and physical readiness of 42 Soldiers and their families, as well as the accountability and maintenance of organizational equipment valued over $13.5 Million dollars. My main goal as an operations manager was to implement the right processes and practices across the Company. My specific duties of an operations manager included formulating strategy, improving performance, producing material, and resources and securing compliance.

Served as a Special Military Information Support Operations Advanced Research Team Sergeant with a strong emphasis on identifying and analyzing key cultural factors in order effective narratives, themes, and messages in support of special activities; conducts precision target audience analysis to enable distinctive operations-focused Military Information Support Operations series development

In this role I built and maintained structures such as living quarters and heavy equipment buildings. Secondary to my role I assisted with combat engineer missions, doing basic carpentry and masonry work, and build framing, sheathing fabrication, and roofing structures. Also, I built concrete forms for columns, slabs, and walls for various projects.
