Key Area Responsibility Service:Carried out responsibility of TSM in DTH since PAN India Launching of Airtel Digital TV satisfactorily in Jharkhand till August 2010.Then promoted to Swap Manager in year August 2010 and have been shifted to Kolkata Office.To control swap inventory infield and warehouse level and manage set top box repair centres in West Bengal & Odisha.Swap availability and controlled repair quality will ensure customer complaints within defined SLAs and which will ensure higher customer satisfaction.Major Responsibilities To maintain MSL of swap stb for 45 days . To maintain Repair TAT of Service Centre i.e Repaired Boxes should be returned to respective warehouse within 5 days. To maintain repair quality i.e ensuring less repeat failure. To provide swap replacement to partners with in stipulated period. To provide DP training to CPs for better understanding of STB circulation. Swap Reconciliation with zero variation.Achievement :Shared the best circle award in 2010 and qualified for Goa Tour.Lastly shared the circle recognition for completion of swap reconciliation 1st in PAN India(Jan-Feb’13).

Key Area Responsibility Service:a) Service & Revenue through a network of Service Partners and Spare Parts Distributor. Adhere with the services policies , in time objective and cost effectiveness.To recheck & reject and defective spare parts.To increase the revenue by selling Spare Parts, HCP & GAIN and Maintenance kits. b) Revenue through selling out finished goods through SP channel, called as HOUSEFUL SCHEME. c) Started to establish the network of SALES & SERVICE of Home-UPS in Jharkhand.Credit Control Polices: Maintaining strict control over advances,debtors and cheque bouncing. Performing Review and Training: Organize review and training for service providers and service engineers to understand customer need and expectation, urgency and customer delight. Keeping the warranty cost and OSC cost within target. Total coverage of SP,Dealers and Distributors over telephone and visits at regular intervals in entire Jharkhand Area. Visit CFA on regular interval for PDI operation and physical stock checking of finished goods. Achievement: Achieved the well done award in MAY 2008 for monthly highest revenue contribution. And also achieved the half yearly target and qualified for Foreign Tour.
