Additionally, I am experienced in operational planning, designing and conducting intricate search algorithms with competitive intelligence software and providing advisory services on issues to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of market competition and business processes. I possess a broad knowledge of a wide range of both health & cybersecurity policy issues, an understanding of the use of evidence within the policy process and a sense for how various policy and political points of view apply to specific policy issues. I regularly liaise with high-level government officials, Senior Executive Service and their executive staff, GAO, OIG, Legislative Affairs and Congress.
