• In my current resolve I am responsible for Account Management & Stakeholder management leading a team of Sourcing and scheduling experts to cater to the hiring of technology roles across India and drive cost optimization by employing various channel mix strategies, driving organizational agenda of diversity hiring.• Planning of fulfilment of open positions for technology roles by devising strategy for fulfilment of role through various low-cost channels.• Maintaining complete recruitment data• Build capability within the team and identify various modes to identify and engage passive candidates who are working on Niche and Super Niche skills.• Developing hiring and candidate sourcing techniques\approaches in managing the appropriate channels/media for the most effective solution to meet requirements.• Ensure better candidate experience and ensure candidates are scheduled for interviews as per the requirement. • Responsible for planning events for volume hiring and weekday\weekend interviews for fulfilment of various open roles for technology.• Monitor service level agreements, health of the process, client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate.• Identify problems affecting outcomes using a variety of tools and techniques and take initiative to find solutions through detailed research and objective evaluation

Handling End to End Recruitment (Individual Contributor Role):• Working closely with technical leads and hiring managers for resource planning and hiring Involved in complete life cycle of the recruitment process such as candidate sourcing, qualifying skills, interviewing candidates, fixing interview-scheduling and closing the deals.• Sourcing profiles through Job portals, internal reference, Networking and job posting. • Skill mapping those profiles and conducting the initial technical phone screening• Scheduling interviews with the techie’s, managers, HR both in India and Onsite• Interacting with Sr.Managers across NTT DATA global Locations to provide the recruitment report• Updating RR status in ICIMS (Internal tool) on a daily basis• Technologies: Java, .NET, SharePoint, Testing, SharePoint Admin, AribaProficient in Handling Recruitment Drives/Walk-in:• Organized and conducted Weekly Recruitment drives (general walk-in & Scheduled drives) at our premises• Coordinating Campus drives • Organized and Executed Recruitment Campaign in NTT DATAOffer Roll out Process & Joining Formalities• Working closely with Hiring Manager & HRC on Compensation fitment & Elaborating Salary break-up and other benefits to the candidates• Working closely with hiring manager & HR managers for Preparing Offer Proposals• Negotiating on salary part & joining date• Interacting with HR Back-end team for rolling out the offers and Pre-boarding candidate management• Explaining detailed offer letter to the candidates & other company fringe benefits, Relocation policies for outstation candidates, further follow-up with them until they on board• Updating new joiners details in Navigator (Internal tool). • Working closely with HR-Support team on SAP hiring process (i.e. Employee ID creation, other internal tool access)• Intimating to HR Admin and HRD team for their Induction on weekly basis• Analyzing Back Ground Verification report wherever its required
