As a recruiter at TCS, I am responsible for hiring candidates across North America for various roles and projects. I leverage my frontend development skills and experience to assess the technical competencies and fit of the applicants, using tools like Visual Studio and Git BASH.I joined TCS as a frontend developer in 2017, after graduating with a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai. I worked on multiple web applications and websites, using AngularJS and other frameworks. I contributed to the design, development, testing, and deployment of the projects, working with cross-functional teams and clients.
