Maintain effective communication and coordination with all  plant management and team members; maintain positive team member relations; listen to issues and concerns  and respond.2. Planning & Executing the Mold Maintenance of our Injection mold.3. Support & guide team on the major technical issues.4. Oversee and direct Mold Maintenance team members on all three shifts in a safe, quality-minded and productive manner with a sense of urgency to attain production priorities as scheduled.5. Ensure Review, design and upkeep spare part list. Decide proper spare parts required and quantity to keep spare parts.6. Maintain effective department communications through a prioritised work list, plant meetings, daily meetings, and weekly department meetings.7. Supports Production and Engineering to manage and guarantee on time availability of tools to ensure continuous production and increase of OEE.8. Coordinate with the vendors to ensure timely & quality execution of the various mold jobs in hand.9. Responsible for the development, implementation, improvement and compliance of preventative maintenance  for areas of responsibility Ensure repair work is documented.10.Support production and engineering with Mold tooling/technical problems.11.Responsible to decide whether repairs are carried out internally or outsourced. Ensure cost controlled for outsource services and spare parts.12.Address unsafe performance of team members either through training or progressive discipline as appropriate.13. Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing holiday allowances, recruitment, training, development, appraisal, attendance, disciplinary issues and daily supervision to maximise efficient productivity.14.
