During this period, I’ve served as program manager/lead architect and worn many hats in all phases of a project. Involved in pre-sales demos in addition to identifying staffing requirements for the engagement. Primarily responsible for the deliverables laid out within the SOW during the implementation. Management of all phases of the SDLC on numerous projects including but not limited to system investigation, requirements analysis, design and build and testing of the corporate performance management software. Serving as the main liaison between multiple departments (i.e. IT Development, HR, Finance & Accounting Business owners, and Operations) to enable the consolidation, forecasting, budgeting and financial data assessment for the implemented systems.
