A development sector professional based in Delhi, with more than 16 years of experience in the field of NGOs and Social Movements . The issues that I have been focusing on include Community Empowerment , Education, Youth Leadership , Gender Justice , Dalit Rights , Livelihood , Land Rights , SHG , Health , CBO strengthening and poverty from a rights-based perspective.I am presently managing the Urban Intervention , National consortium, people's collectives, Capacity Building & Training, Advocacy & Networking , portfolio with my team as a Program Lead at Atmashakti Trust. Before that, I have worked in Jan Adhikar Kendra Bihar, Jeewan Mashal Samiti Bihar and Programme for Social Action Delhi and also a Co-Founder of Dalit Shakti Sangathan in Bihar. in the domain of community mobilization, advocacy and policy level intervention, networking with Civil Society Organization, making and working with alliances and people’s forum. Apart from the professional front, learning new things and believe in transferring those skills to others is what i love to pursue.
