Current• Providing Support to Implementation, Vendor & RF teams for Network Growth & RF optimization Activities and troubleshooting of fault & complete operation & maintenance of various sites.• Completing GSM RF Network Planning, which includes Traffic Planning, Coverage Planning & Frequency Planning & Interference Analysis.• Handling optimization of new sites and handles problems like Call drop, interference, handover Failure, Handover reversion, in building problem, antenna tilting, competitive Drive Test.• Proficient in IBS Planning, Repeater planning, Walk Test, IBS Implementation Handling, IBS Survey• Resolving data escalations and complaints with proper solutions.• Experienced in managing client relationship by minimal response time and prompt resolution of the Escalated Problems. • Regularly interacting working as per the needs and demands of customer.• Performing Cell Design Data (CDD) for new site.
