Organising Management Development program on Lean Management - Princples and Practices on May 21 & 22.Faculty on Lean, Project Management and IT for Managers.

Advising the organisation on the transformation processes to be adopted for becoming customer focused organisation from internal IT service provider. This involved conceiving and conducting Direction Setting Workshop for Top and senior management and guiding in evolving and implementing enriched process framework. The involvement is for 12 to 15 working days per month, on non exclusive basis in advisory capacity.

As Director Delivery Excellence, based at Bangalore, responsible for Global Delivery centres in India, UK, NL, Morocco and Philippines (total about 4000 personnel) and reporting to CEO of Application Management. This includes review of business lines to ensure optimisation of delivery processes, adherence to Quality standards, process improvement (including attaining CMMI Level 3 in Morocco, NL and Philippines), guiding and conducting periodic reviews of large and strategic programs, customer satisfaction surveys, setting up engagement guidelines and participation in contracts, bids and customer interactions.
