A graduate and postgraduate in Agricultural science ,have been working with the plantation sector for last 31 years . Having worked in Tea plantations of the company at various locales ,presently handling the Rubber Business of the company . Areas of activity and interest are Agriculture ,Plantation management , Polymers ,Environment ,Ecology ,Sustainability and Forestry .A Certified Chartered Forester from IIFM (Bhopal ) ,presently working on areas of New product development with team , Policy and advocacy issues in Rubber with growers being the Chairman of the Rubber Committee of UPASI and also on Sustainability and Carbon related issues in field of regenerative Agriculture . Involved with Indian Institute of plantation Management as a member of the Director Board of the Institution as well as with International Rubber Study group as a member of Industry advisory panel from India as also with BIS in PCD 13 and ISO TC 45 for Rubber sector .Presently based in Cochin and heading the Rubber operations of plantations ,Marketing ,sales ,out grower operations and New Product Development .
