• Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Planning and Implementation of Vibration Monitoring, Thermography and Other Non-Destructive technologies like Ultrasonic Testing, Dye Penetration Testing and SO Inspection across the plant.
• Remote monitoring on daily basis for connected critical assets like Turbo Blowers, Mill Electric Motors, gearboxes, and Various Critical Process equipments supported with Journal Bearing.
• Extensively involved in Vibration Analysis, Dynamic Balancing and Laser Alignment jobs of Electric Motors, Centrifugal and Axial Blowers, Heavy Duty Pumps, Multistage Gearboxes.
• Performing Thermography of Critical Gas lines, Motor Bearings and in special application to identify soft spots.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiative e.g., updating monitoring programs via the use of new technologies across the plant.
