Handling sales of aseptically packed tropical fruit puree concentrate for Europe, North America, Africa , Bangladesh. Sending Quotes to customers for various inquiries • Searching for new customers through internet & other sources.• Follow up with new customers for business generation• Preparation of sales contract / Proforma Invoice• Co-ordination with overseas customer for draft LC & further to ensure the final LC is established as per requirement.• Planning and organizing shipments / dispatches and pre and post shipment documentation • Co-ordination with Export Inspection Agencies for issuance of various certificates.• Correspondence with overseas customers for various sales & marketing related matters. • Co-ordination with production team & factory for product availability, planning & timely dispatch of material / stock statement • Planning & execution of orders • Co-ordination with logistics department for best sea freight rates & movement of containers to factory & loading etc.• Co-ordination with banking / documentation department to ensure that commercial documents are being prepared as customer requirements / as per LC terms.• Co-ordination with buyer for pending offers / samples approval / order confirmation / LC payments/ balance shipments etc.Generating various M.I.S statements - Export monthly / quarterly sales, pending orders, pending payments & Commission statements,Well versed with shipping and documents process
