Field supervision of all erection activities, calibration and testing of all field instruments (RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure, Level,DP, Flow Transmitters, Vibration Sensor, Proximity Switch) and loop checking of all digital and analog I/O.• Erection knowledge of impulse tubing for various applications and pneumatic tubing of instrument air.• Coordinating and supporting the site activities of critical equipments and validating the interlocks and protection of Boiler and its Auxillaries and BOP system wherever applicable.• Preparation of the Scope of Work, detailed engineering, based on the feed document provided by the Client including detailed study of process flow diagrams, P & ID's.

• Experience in Power Sector- specialized in Installation,Testing, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of Control & Instrumentation of Boiler &Auxillaries,Turbine and its Auxillaries and BOP Systems Such as Water Intake system,Pre-Treatment Plant, DM Plant, CHP, HFO/LDO, FFS ,Ash Handling System.• Experience in Erection,Testing Commissioning of Turbo-Supervisory Instruments(TSI,MTSI) and DEH&MEH System.• Executing & Supervising the Erection,Testing and Commissioning of PLCs (HONEYWELL MASTER LOGIC 200) of CHP, HFO/LDO,FFS ,ASH HANDLING system packages.• Responsible for Commissioning and Troubleshooting of field control elements, Pneumatic and Electronic Positioners (SIEMENS, FISCHER,ABB) and MOVs(YANGZHOU, SHANGAI, SIPOS, AUMA).• Field supervision of all erection activities, calibration and testing of all field instruments (RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure, Level,DP, Flow Transmitters, Vibration Sensor, Proximity Switch) and loop checking of all digital and analog I/O.• Erection knowledge of impulse tubing for various applications and pneumatic tubing of instrument air.• Coordinating and supporting the site activities of critical equipments and validating the interlocks and protection of Turbine and its Auxillaries (DEC) and BOP system wherever applicable.• Preparation of the Scope of Work, detailed engineering, based on the feed document provided by the Client including detailed study of process flow diagrams, P & ID's.• Knowledge of DCS (I/A Series, 8.5 version) system in Invensys Foxboro.• Involved in Erection, Testing & Commissioning of UPS (NUMERIC &KELTRON).• Analyzing engineering issues and giving feedback to superior about site activities and progress details related to erection and commissioning activities as and wherever applicable.
