1. Associated with Dana Plast having Administrative responsibility, Logistics for Dana Plast and all technical matter related with DINL and DUFIL for 01 year lease agreement. 2. Administered the entire gamut of plant operations for SunYum Noodle and Danaco Milk encompassing Production, Planning, Maintenance, Admin, Quality control, Logistics, Material and finished goods store etc.3. Generate all Production reports of Noodle and Milk production on daily, weekly and monthly basis.4. Involved in recruitment of factory staff and contract staff, Verification of Daily attendance Training, Grievances and assignment of the work as per the workers efficiency.5. Erection and commissioning of second Fuji Noodle line, Multipack Machine and Nichrome milk machine and Thermax Boiler.6. Planning and implementation of Scheduled Preventive and corrective maintenance of Noodle and Milk plant.7. Arrangement of Local and Imported spares for both SunYum Noodle and Danaco Milk with minimum inventory.8. Involve in the procurement of Raw material, Packing material and utility items.9. Arrange and Update statuary requirement like Factory Inspectorate Register, Factory Licenses, Records, First aid box, Fire extinguisher etc.10. Arrange scrap sale of noodle and milk waste after negotiation with buyer and approval.11. Handled calibration of various equipments, waste reduction, hygiene & safety standards.12. Facilitated the modification in line for SunYum Twins production Classic chicken 140g,Onion chicken 160g,Spicy vegetarian 140g,Jollof chicken 140 g. 13. Augmented the yield of cost effecting material to almost standard.14. Proscribed the breakdown hour to almost zero.15. Fabricated recycling system to avoid losses causing settling.16. Commenced career with Modi Vanaspati Manufacturing Company, Modi Nagar as Production Officer (Jun’93 to Jan’98); handled the complete shift operations with a workforce of 82 members. Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting. Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters. Optimizing man, machine & material utilization to achieve preset production targets. Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activity on the shop floor (SOP) Generating various reports on monthly and annual basis
