Built and led a team of 4 junior engineers.

RTVI 1.0: - End-to-End responsibility of gathering requirements, architecting, developing high-quality video surveillance/in-vehicle streaming servers for In-vehicles and command centers. - Developed C++/COM-based video plugins for NICE, Genetec, and OnSSI Surveillance systems and RTSP Source DirectShow filters for streaming server ingest.- Media services enhancement for wired/wireless adaptation like Adaptive Jitter buffer, Clock Skew adaptation, and buffer handler across filter pins. Reducing end-to-end system delay from 1.5 sec to 500 milliseconds.- Leading the entire solution including C# based clients which is transitioned from the US with a team of 5 engineers.RTVI 2.0:- Led the architecture, developed, and deployed command center video streaming servers for doubling the capacity of the Video Streaming Server (24 to 48 streams per Blade) by decoupling the media and signaling with SOA using WSDL.- Worked individually on PoC for android handheld as a source using OMX IL on TI OMAP 4 blaze board with android 2.3 GB.

The project is an in-vehicle first responder media solution that includes a digital video recorder (DVR) as a chain of custody evidence management system.- I was responsible for designing and developing features for RTP Sink and Source filters using the Microsoft Direct show media framework.- Implemented RFC 3984 for RTP-based H264 video transmission and RFC 3640 for RTP-based AAC audio transmission.
