 Primary point of contact for client for the project related activities. Understanding the Business requirement Requirements (new/change) gathering and management Project efforts and duration estimations Ensure to meet the commitments for scope, timelines, quality, and cost Capturing and distributing daily as well as weekly progress of projects Sub-contracting, vendor selection, vendor tracking, and over all vendor management Responsible for resource loading, leveling, and training Setting and managing expectations for relevant stakeholders. Making the review process intact for all the deliverables Change Management and Problem management Risk analysis and review Responsible for managing and developing a team in positive manner Keeping team on the toes to deliver defect-free delivery Leading team of 10-12 associates and responsible for managing product implementations
