Responsible for End To End Recruitment.

• Responsible for Job postings on the Internet and updating the jobs as needed. Searching internal data bank and the Internet to find the best candidates for all open job requirements.• Responsible for conducting phone screening and in-person interviews. • Recruit in such disciplines as follows: Engineers: Software Developers, QA Testers. DBA's: Programmers/ Analyst, Administrators, Web/Data programmer, Project Managers, Architects, Systems Implementation, Lotus Notes Developer, Network Service Technician Others: SAP Trainers and Implementers, Technical Writers. Experience in recruiting both for consulting and permanent candidates. Directly responsible for placing consultants and permanent employees in various Industries.• Extensively sourced candidates via Job Boards, Web Search and Networking. Worked on all major job boards (e.g., DICE, CAREER BUILDER, MONSTER etc.) to assist the company in recruiting candidates, which included writing the job descriptions clearly and giving them an identification number, updating the postings and maintaining the job boards.• Thoroughly interviewed prospective candidates to determine skill and client compatibility. This included negotiating salaries, relocation expenses, setting up interviews, Reference checks and extending offers of employment. Provided the hired consultants orientation about the project and the client they are about to join.• Maintained the databases in order to capture client requisition specifications, candidate/prospect information, recruiting activity, placement information, etc.
