My position in Finn-ID was take care of chemistry-, clothing- and food industry segment accounts as a customer account manager.My responsible was being key account manager for old customers also making new business development ideas for them and new customers. All solutions were meant to increase efficiency of internal logistics. Solutions consisted of handheld devices (PDA), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) - devices/technology, label-printing (also with applicators) and construction of WLAN-networks. Solutions were integrated into different ERP systems and included maintenance and support services.
