Dispatch Planning & execution for sale ensuring timely placement of vehicles / containers to ensure timely and safely delivery of the goods. Alignment with vendors (Shipping co, Freight forwarders, Transporters etc.) for booking the goods .Generate MIS ansd publish reports related to logistics .Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency .Coordinating with warehouse various departments for implementing/ monitoring effective Logistic System.Build and implement SOPs to standardise operations .
