I onboarded new hires and managed the JAMF and Ivanti platforms for both Mac and Windows environments. I ensured machine compliance was consistently achieved on a monthly basis. Additionally, I handled administrative responsibilities, including procurement, vendor management, CAPEX management, and budgeting for the IT department.
