CurrentA-PAG is a foundation established to specifically address air pollution in India. Unlike some civic organizations focusing on environmental issues broadly, our sole focus is on tackling air pollution.As a part of the Bihar Clean Air Action Plan Program Management Unit (BCAAP-PMU), I am working closely with the Bihar State Pollution Control Board (BSPCB) in consultation with various other key stakeholders, including the District Collectorate, Gaya Municipal Corporation, Road Construction Department, BUIDCO, IOAGPL, District Transport Department, Traffic Department, and Agriculture Department. Our collective aim is to ensure the successful implementation of the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP) in GayaKey Responsibility 1. In charge of executing A-PAG's flagship program, the Dispersed Sources Program, aimed at addressing air pollution caused by dust and garbage in the city through a technology-enabled process to identify, allocate, and effectively resolve pollution issues in Gaya.2. Assisted in raising over 12,000 issues concerning dispersed sources of air pollution and ensuring their effective resolution by collaborating with various stakeholders in the city to combat air pollution.3.Officials from various departments have been trained on air pollution sensitization modules and how to handle the clean air project dashboard for mitigating air pollution.4.Managing the PRANA portal, supporting the monitoring of NCAP implementation. Assisted in preparing and updating Gaya city's Annual Action Plan, Quarterly Progress Report, City Ranking, Mission Life Module, and Financial Module.
