A-PAG is a foundation established to specifically address air pollution in India. Unlike some civic organizations focusing on environmental issues broadly, our sole focus is on tackling air pollution.As a part of the Bihar Clean Air Action Plan Program Management Unit (BCAAP-PMU), I am working closely with the Bihar State Pollution Control Board (BSPCB) in consultation with various other key stakeholders, including the District Collectorate, Gaya Municipal Corporation, Road Construction Department, BUIDCO, IOAGPL, District Transport Department, Traffic Department, and Agriculture Department. Our collective aim is to ensure the successful implementation of the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP) in GayaKey Responsibility 1. In charge of executing A-PAG's flagship program, the Dispersed Sources Program, aimed at addressing air pollution caused by dust and garbage in the city through a technology-enabled process to identify, allocate, and effectively resolve pollution issues in Gaya.2. Assisted in raising over 12,000 issues concerning dispersed sources of air pollution and ensuring their effective resolution by collaborating with various stakeholders in the city to combat air pollution.3.Officials from various departments have been trained on air pollution sensitization modules and how to handle the clean air project dashboard for mitigating air pollution.4.Managing the PRANA portal, supporting the monitoring of NCAP implementation. Assisted in preparing and updating Gaya city's Annual Action Plan, Quarterly Progress Report, City Ranking, Mission Life Module, and Financial Module.

Key Responsibility 1.Responsible for leading and executing the foundation's CSR intervention, which involves tasks ranging from identifying projects to conducting impact assessments.2.Formulated a proposal, operational plan, and budget for a sustainable livelihood program.3.Provided strategic oversight to the program operation and responsible for achieving the program goal.4. Liaison with various stakeholders, including government officials and other CSR/development partners, to foster synergy and cooperation.5.Conducted a comprehensive feasibility study for a carbon-neutral project in a village and effectively implemented the project in Muzaffarpur.6.Ensured the implementation of the program in adherence to standard operating practices.

About Program- The Govt. of Bihar formally launched the Satat Jeevikoparjan Yojana(SJY) on 5 aug'18 with a budgetary outlay of 840 crores. The objective of the program is to empower ultra poor household through diversification of livelihoods, capacity building and improved access to finance. The SJY is designed on the lines of the globally evaluated ultra poor graduation program which include a holistic set of services.Key Roles1. Handling end to end implementation of SJY program in Patna & Siwan district by leading a team of 300+ staff/cadres2. Addressing the need of Ultra Poor HHs by focusing on skill enhancement, regular coaching, confidence building, preparing business plan, livelihood financing, productive asset transfer and livelihood diversification under graduation approach model.3. Rolling out different training module on enterprise development and management to cadres, project staffs & HHs level4. Coordinating & converging with partner agencies like Bandhan konnagar, Co-impact, J-PAL & Administrative department for smooth functioning of project5. Handling project MIS to fetch the data on all key indicators for close monitoring of project work in order to take strategic decision.
