Born in Rio de Janeiro in 1973, I grew up in a humble, hardworking family, which inspired me to value education and work from an early age. I had an exciting childhood in Volta Redonda, and upon returning to Rio, I began studying English, which sparked my fascination with languages. This interest led me to master French, Spanish, and Italian as well.I enrolled at UFRJ, the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, seized every opportunity, interning and later being hired by my dream company in the Oil & Gas sector. In 1999, I embraced the challenge of leaving a multinational to establish the Credit and Collections department at a telecommunications startup, marking the start of an incredible journey.I moved to São Paulo in 2001, where I experienced significant personal and professional milestones, including the births of my children, which were undoubtedly the most special moments of my life. My career accelerated here in São Paulo, I worked across various sectors: Telecommunications, Retail (Hyper and Supermarkets), Pharmaceuticals, Big4, Luxury Goods & Jewelry, and Education—always delivering outstanding results and building great teams.In 2020, I founded W-CFO Brazil, an organization dedicated to promoting diversity and supporting women, something I am deeply proud of. Today, with over 20 years of experience, I remain open to new challenges and motivated to make a positive impact in the world.
