Responsible for comprehensive planning and fulfilment of vessels' supplies for all commodities - Stores, Spares, LO, Chemicals, Provisions, etc.Arrange Annual Services/Repairs and other service-related requests of the vessels, with full coordination to the Vessel Managers.Act as Bridgehead among Vessel Managers, Suppliers and Forwarders to ensure smooth delivery onboard, in full consideration to economical logistics, timely delivery, competitive pricing and good quality of services and supplies.Do efficient sourcing by re-negotiating prices and nominate new suppliers providing competitive pricing, short delivery leadtime and good quality of products and/or service.

Process Purchasr Orders for all departments/offices within the Magsaysay Group of CompaniesNegotiate discount for bulk orders and common supplies Review Supplier Accreditation documents and do field inspection to existing vendorsEnsure delivery fulfillment and assist timely payment/processing of invoicesCheck and validate Canvass Sheets prepared by Purchasing Assistants

Assist Purchasers in fial Purchase Order thru SAP SystemMonitor all Purchase Requisition received by PurchasersFinalize Canvass Sheets and initiate bidding for bulk orders and projects

Data check and input of all employees profile in SAP System for Human Resource Department
