Arkoma Operations LLC is a Tulsa based E&P which operates mature coalbed methane assets in the Arkoma and San Juan Basins.

Reservoir engineer primarily responsible for 11,000/8,000 gross/net acres, 4,900 boepd, 40 MMBOE and $421MM proved PV10 of Eagle Ford assets as of YE19. Liaison to non-op partner XTO that resulted in over $100MM of net capital to be deployed on 34 gross wells. Established relationships by organizing frequent meetings and ensuring flow of information. Also led work on farmout agreement with EOG on same asset.Created robust and holistic flowback analysis tool using IHSM Harmony and Tibco Spotfire and worked to analyze and compare over 80 wells to dateProvided work to value and establish subsidiary royalty company while developing Excel based tool to value and aid in other mineral acquisitions Screened over 25 A&D opportunities and worked full evaluations on over $500MM worth of candidates. Was successful in bolting on $33MM worth of assets to existing positions. All of these evaluations included coordinating with 10+ staff members to ultimately present work to our equity sponsor, EnCap Investments.Responsible for weekly project schedules, deployment of Conduit Resources, project that monitors Parent/Child frac interactions, working with banks for RBL and asset sale processes along with many others

Responsible for development activities for the Woodford Shale in the Anadarko Basin as part of our STACK play. Working with team to find potential drilling locations by accessing performance, which includes rate-transient analysis, and running economics in order to get projects approved by management. Also work on budget planning, net asset value modeling and production forecasting.Acting in a supervising role of Mid-Con reserve coordinator, which includes basic day-to-day oversight of this year's reserve coordinator and guidance on quarterly and year-end procedures.

Fulfilled several roles during this time frame:The most recent and the position that afforded me the most responsibility was acting as the Mid-Continent Reserve Coordinator for 2013. Was responsible for reporting all reserve activity that occurred throughout the year not only to our Mid-Continent management but to our Corporate management team as well. This consisted of overseeing a team of 7 engineers and 1 tech thru quarterly developed bookings, revisions, and metric updates. I also led same team thru full year-end evaluation of undeveloped reserve bookings in preparation of reporting to the SEC, internal PRMS classification, internal budget and internal metric methodologies. I worked with 3rd party reserve evaluators, internal accounting functions for DD&A purposes and internal and external audit groups.Year consisted of working with corporate team to streamline and enhance reporting functions, database management and coordinating reserves training for Newfield’s domestic employees involved with reserves.

Other duties during this time frame were serving as one of the district reservoir engineers in the Arkoma Basin and reservoir engineer on our newly formed Base Management Team.In the beginning I was primarily in charge of working on development activities in the Woodford Shale in the Arkoma Basin. Worked with team to find potential drilling locations by accessing performance and running economics in order to get projects approved by management. Also worked on projects such as small A&D activity, budget planning and production forecasting (DCA) studies.As natural gas prices declined my role became more of a member of the newly formed Base Management Team in which we were charged with maintaining and enhancing legacy operated wells throughout the Mid-Continent region. Examples include well life planning, evaluating artificial lift designs and chemical treatments. We have seen notable success through tubing analysis and converting wells from compression to high pressure gas lift systems. Both of these positions lasted until May of 2013, at that time I was transferred to the Woodford Shale team in the Anadarko Basin as part of our STACK play. This consisted of working with land, geology and our technical operations team to find potential drilling locations by accessing performance and providing economic justification for future wells. Also worked on budget planning, net asset value modeling and production forecasting. Was responsible for undeveloped bookings for YE13 based on our well locations and acreage position. Fulfilled this role alongside Mid-Con reserve coordinator until year-end and still held position of reservoir engineer for the STACK Woodford assets.

Stationed in Elk City, OK until August for new-hire field training. Production/operations in the Granite Wash of the Anadarko Basin was my focus. My time spent there included a range of various field work such as artificial lift installs and optimization, remedial cementing, initial completions, fishing operations, fracture mapping, lease operating, etc. Office work included chemical monitoring, liason to our telemetry interface provider to help better their system and analysis tools and designing approximately 7 miles of SWD infrastructure. I also had the opportunity to mentor a freshman intern who worked on a midstream project involving wells acquired from EOG.Shortly after moving into the Tulsa office I entered the Newfield Technical Training Rotation where I spent ample time in Geology & Geophysics, Reservoir, Drilling, Commercial and Land business aspects.
