Managing the Supply Orders Planner duties, this includes(not limited) the day to day Co-ordination with the Sales/Quality/Procurement/Logistics/Operations department to ensure the on-time completion of orders.• ARAMCO Orders Monitoring• Overall co-ordination and tracking of orders from booking till delivery• Conduct comparison analysis and present monthly reports to management• Analysis Danieli Automation L3 & SAP tally difference• Blooms Allocated & Un-Allocated Analysis for Management• Protector Analysis (Requirement vs Orders vs to procure) for timely approach• Blasting Co-ordination with vendors / QC / Logistics until completion• Instruction to Quality for Inspection at Blasting company to release the pipes• Follow up from Finishing Line & Logistics until completion• To Generate the Inspection Packing List using ORACLE• Shipping instruction monitoring for execution• TPI and Shipping statistics• Order Closure after completion• Monthly allocated/unallocated Stock generation using ORACLE• SAP Report Analysis• Pre-Inspection Meeting Follow-up for New orders
