• Organized and able to deal with multiple workloads at the same time.• Supporting Management Accountants as required.• Prepared LPG Sales MIS Reports as per Management requirement etc.• Dealing with Distributors, Auto gas, Bulk and Bulk industrial customers for day to day matter and also for reconciling their account statements.• Generate LPG sales tax invoices in ERP system• Prepared Terminal Fee, Storage Charges, Consultancy charges, Cylinders & Tanks rents and others services invoices.• Record and maintain agency security deposit, Cylinders and tanks deposit of distributors• Manage and supervise all types of Bank receipts vouchers in ERP system.• To maintain SSGCL Account Receivable Statement.• Daily inputting of purchase invoices to the finance system.• Updating & entering journals for sales revenue and other transactions.• Reconciliation of sales ledger accounts and others as per requirement.• Assisting in the e-filing of FBR Sales Tax return & Sindh Sales Tax return.• Sales tax reconciliation (Sales Tax output and Sales Tax Input)• Ability to deal with large quantities of financial data.• Debtor and Sales ledger reconciliation.• Raising accounts receivable invoices & preparing invoices for payment.• To verified LPG quantities at hospitality Bills and Terminal handling bills.• To maintain LPG sell price in ERP module (City wise & Bulk and industrial customers wise)• Liaising with legal departments, banks and auditors.• Processing accounts payables invoices.• Look after Bid Bond and Performance Guarantee received from suppliers.• Preparing cash journals so that all items are recorded in the correct accounting periods.• Knowledge of electronic banking systems.
