I am a food technologist with a passion for ensuring food safety and quality management, applying my skills in HACCP, ISO, GMPs, and other standards and regulations. I am currently a Food Safety Officer at Cheezious, one of the leading Pizza chains in Pakistan, where I conduct food audits, gap analysis, IPM, food safety, quality assurance, quality control, fire safety management,store audit and implement FIFO and FEFO.I completed my Bsc (hons) in agriculture (food science and technology) from Bahauddin Zakariya University, where I have learned about food processing, preservation, microbiology, chemistry, and nutrition. I have also completed internship at Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR), where I performed various food analysis tests and co-authored a book with a senior scientific officer. My goal is to innovate and improve food products and processes, and contribute to the advancement of food science and technology.
