CurrentLeading Program Team for the Policy and Governance Department. Designing, Supervising, and Managing interventions in Policy and Governance including Agriculture, SMEs, Access to Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business Development, Industries, Livestock, Sindh Food Authority, Partnership Act, and Domestic Commerce policies and strategies.Supervised, Managed, and Coordinated in development of Livestock Policy, Agriculture Policy, Industrial Policy, Commerce Policy, SME Strategy, Tomatoes, Bananas, Mangoes, Dairy, Leather, and Meat Strategies for the Government of Sindh. Moreover, the FMD Strategy, Slaughterhouse Act, Market Committee Act, Entrepreneurship Act, and Feed Compound Act were completed. Conceptualized, designed, managed, and successfully implemented governance reforms with Planning and Development, Industries and Commerce, Livestock, Agriculture and Food Department for the establishment of Strategic Management Units, Livestock Advisory Council, Market Committees and Strengthening of Laboratories for Sindh Food Authority, Sindh Institute of Animal Health Sciences and Universities including Karachi and Tando Jam Universities. Responsible for strategic planning and partnership development with government, corporate, and academia. Focal point for the Government and Corporate Relations. Responsible for developing and managing relationships and engaging regularly with counterparts (policymakers, regulators, governmental/administrative agencies/departments, and private sector representatives. Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and participating in high-level/technical meetings; workshops; public-private dialogues, and seminars nationally and internationally. Managing a team of 15 International and National Consultants (the process includes defining the scope of work, identifying consultants, TORs development, participating in the hiring process as a hiring manager, and managing the consultants' work.
