Accountant (Remote): April 2023 – Present– Accounts Receivables: Manage the company’s accounts receivables from customers. Creating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts. – Accounts Payables: Manage the company’s outstanding bills, and ensure that suppliers and vendors are paid accurately and on time– Bank Reconciliation: At the end of the month reconcile bank Accounts and Credit card statements to ensure that the financial data aligns Discrepancies are investigated and resolved.– Expenses: Tracking and categorizing all the company’s expenses. Keeping a record of purchases and ensuring expenses are properly posted in the expense head.– Estimates and Invoices: Preparing and sending out estimates and invoices for items and services for the customers.– Payroll. Manage the company’s payroll process. This includes calculating employee wages, taxes, and other deductions, and ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.– Sales Tax: Calculating, and remitting sales taxes to the appropriate authorities.– Payroll Tax: Accurately calculated and paid payroll taxes to the government.
