Expanding my previous role within the business to encompass all activities regarding talent aquisition, next generation talent and employer brand development. Within Entrepreneurial Scotland this includes our Saltire Scholars Programme, Talent Matching and Alumni Engagement.

Managing a small team to deliver the Saltire Scholar Internship Programme, which sents circa 200 university students on international internships each summer. I hold full ownership of the programme budget and have a keen eye for improvements which can be made to the programme each year.

The Saltire Fellowship Programme is a six month world-class leadership development programme, aimed at growing and connecting the talent driving the Scottish economy. The focus of the programme is on entrepreneurial leadership, experiential learning and a global mindset rooted in Scotland.

As the Saltire Foundation continues to go from strength to strength, my role within the organisation grows in terms of responsibility and demand.

Working across both Undergraduate and Fellowship Programmes, my role involves many different aspects of work at The Saltire Foundation. From travelling to universities all over Scotland to meet with prospective undergraduate students and promote our Undergraduate programme to them, to assisting with the organisation and detailing of the Fellowship programme, my job is incredibly varied and no two days are the same!

Develop marketing strategies to improve communications with existing and potential clients; review and improve existing company literature to ensure it complies with marketing strategies; liaise with public bodies to anticipate forthcoming contracts; completion of bidding tenders relating to contracts to gain new clients.
