As a Network Operations Engineer at Ericsson, I work with a diverse team of specialists to monitor, administer, and troubleshoot wireless networks for one of the largest telecom operators in Saudi Arabia, STC. I contribute to improving the work practices and solving problems by applying my analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Umm Al-Qura University, where I learned the fundamentals of network design, security, and administration. I also obtained two certifications from the Saudi Council of Engineers and the International CyberSecurity Institute, UK, to demonstrate my professional competence and knowledge in network operations and security. I am passionate about learning new technologies and keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in the wireless networking field. My goal is to deliver high-quality network services and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders.
