Founded the HR department, by developing and implementing various systems such as, an employee database, an HR monitoring software, an applicant and expense tracking platform, within others. Ensured effectual realization of all the administrative activities and maintained up-to-date (digital) company administration, including devising of contracts, on and off-boarding procedures. Played a key role in the optimisation of HR and office management procedures. Coordinated the organization and scheduling of all the office, team meetings and events, in both formal and informal settings. Provided effectual and continuous support to management and the team, especially on an individual basis. Key Accomplishments:• Led the formulation of the R&S procedures, within Travis Group (Travis Translator, Travis Foundation) and The Product Garage B.V, considering the needs of each company, together with setting-up multiple channels and partnerships, across various domains (recruitment platforms, universities).• Implemented and sustained an HR monitoring software, that supervised various types of contracts (consultancy, cooperation, definite period, zero-hour, internship agreements) across multiple locations (The Netherlands, China, India and Portugal).

Co-founder of a start-up, MyShift, where an HR tool was developed to connect employees to employers for on-demand staff. MyShift in its essence was a platform that promoted flexibility in the labour market and improved access to job opportunities for anyone who had the desire to work flexibly. MyShift was sold in June 2016.

Defined objectives by directing a variety of logistical and administrative arrangements including training room maintenance, pedagogical dossiers, and deployment of SIGO certificates. Built a professional rapport with a multi-ethnic array of partners, suppliers, customers, trainers, and market analytics professionals. Oversaw several HR functions including curriculum assessment, fresh employee introduction, R&S database administration, temp work assignments, and interviewed a multi-cultural array of professional for numerous openings. Coordinated with various temporary work agencies for admissions and internships relating to the operational logistical process. Played a key role in the onboarding procedures of new employees.Key Accomplishments:• Established a diverse range of training projects using in-depth evaluation of training needs from employees working at Volvo, Mazda, Land Rover and Jaguar.• Managed employee’s compulsory training, namely: specific health and safety related programs; machinery and fork-lift driving; Safety Passport; Sales techniques and complaints management, etc.• Designed and implemented a training project, “Growing” for young adults that wanted to be part of the Nors core business, from the conceptual phase all the way to market insertion.
