Manage Mental Health Programs and Integrative Health Services including Children's Targeted Case Management, Shelter Link Mental Health, Outpatient Mental Health therapy, walk in mental health.

Support and manage the Assertive Community Treatment services for Guild's Ramsey County ACT team, Dakota County ACT team and the Youth ACT team which serves the 7 county metro. Supervise direct service staff and provide guidance on documentation, service delivery, crisis interventions, risk assessment and treatment strategies. Conduct intake assessments and direct services to clients of many different cultural, racial, ethnic and socioeconomic status. Provide trauma informed care, harm reduction interventions and utilize evidence based practices in service delivery.

Provided direct services to Adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illnesses. Crisis interventions, assessment of mental health symptoms, connected with community resources, obtain public assistance and social security benefits, found and helped maintain housing, assisted with medication monitoring, attended psychiatrist appointments to improve treatment and symptom management. Developed crisis plans, treatment plans, functional assessments and logged services in service delivery notes. Participated in clinical supervision meetings and implemented treatment recommendations.
