  Organizational development & Culture:•Work in partnership with Najjar’s Marketing and Communications team on effective internal communications in support of organizational development• Implement of Najjar’s Diversity & Inclusion practices •Organize social activities as required.General administration:•Manage the personnel files on the basis of any data modification.•Handle CVs stock management effectively.•Develop and maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, performance appraisals, absenteeism rates…etc.•Ensure proper and accurate job descriptions are available for all job positions and to continuously update them in coordination with relevant supervisors to operational needs.•Manage attendance.Employee Relations: •Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.•Manage employee relations issues and participate in solving conflicts related to day-to-day relationships.•Ensure compliance with labor laws•Act as a liaison between management and staff•Promote open communication and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment. Recruitment:•Recruit non-managerial positions.•Participate in talent and succession development programs.Training & development:•Conduct new employee orientation (integration program) to promote positive attitude toward organizational objectives•Participate in analyzing training needs to design employee development and succession planning.•Coordinate all kinds of training activities.•Ensure development of all levels of employees in coordination with direct manager and respective line managers.Risk & Compliance:•Ensure alignment and adherence with organizational quality assurance, governancepolicies, processes and standards and external legal and regulatory requirements•Ensure enabling, fit for purpose HR policies and procedures are developed and embedded in day-to-day practice.
