As a Language Training teacher, I implemented an Orton-Gillingham encoding and decoding phonics remediation program. I assisted students with Language Arts and Reading remediation. I implemented the University of Kansas Expressive Writing Program. I assisted students with the completion of difficult homework and long term projects. i implemented a Behavioral Modification Program to assist students in fine tuning their social and personal behavioral and interactive skills. As a Theater Arts teacher, I taught principles of acting, memorization and public speaking. I directed three major school productions including a yearly musical.

I planned and implemented individual educational remediation in language Arts and Reading. I provided elementary age students with individual remediation attention. I also provided ESL assistance to foreign students.
