Been working for my current workplace for over 11 years now. My job requires me to answer the phone, schedule customers, resolve customer issues, check in parts for customers, filing, computer use and more. Prior to that I had worked for Walmart for over 3 years as a cashier, service writer for the automotive department where I wrote up service needed for customers on their vehicles, zoning, inventory ordering, sporting goods, fabrics, paint, as well as grocery.
