Do you ever think about your impact -- small or large -- on the world?I do. In college, I studied Psychology and Sociology, earning my Bachelor's Degrees in both in 2022 while also doing coursework for an MA in Applied Sociology. I've spent a lot of time in my life thinking about my impact - on the barista in the drive-thru who I bid a good day, on the candidate whose dream offer I was lucky enough to present, on the environment due to my limiting of single-use plastic, on those I interact with on a day-to-day basis. I have a passion for understanding human behavior and social dynamics, and how they influence decision-making, communication, and collaboration. I apply my knowledge of psychology & sociology to my current role, as well as to my previous experiences in customer service and administration. My goal is to continue to grow my impact by pursuing a career in Recruiting and HR, where I can use my education and skills to foster a positive and productive work environment. What's your impact?
